Accad Limited was established in 2020 and is operated by a team of recruitment professionals with 8+ combined years of experience, and specializes in providing the highest standard of fully trained healthcare team members who are all fully referenced and cleared through the Vetting and Barring Scheme (DBS) to care/nursing/residential homes, individuals and families who require support in the community and other settings, to enjoy life and realise their aspirations.

We provide staffing services 24-7 and are available day and night to our clients and staff team to the Health and Social Care sector, working with both temporary and permanent positions. We always focus on providing the care that is truly needed by the individual. Our team of committed, qualified and passionate carers ensure that the job is always done to a high standard.
In order to do this, we have brought together a team of Support Workers/Healthcare Assistants and Nurses with extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the sector, working with both candidates and clients to provide the best possible staffing solutions. The needs of our service-users are our responsibility and priority, and we put in tireless efforts to provide a committed and high-quality staff solution.
AIMS

Our prime aim is to maintain/improve a high-quality of life through the care and support that we provide.

Accad’s focus is to help people maintain their independence by allowing them to receive the support that they need. We do this by providing adequate trainings to our staff members, and equip them with the resources required to be committed, qualified and passionate support worker to ensure that the job is always done to a high standard.
We also provide support services to established care businesses, such as nursing homes, care homes and private hospitals. We do this by providing our well-trained and committed HCAs/support workers/nurses as a temporary staffing solution, with short and long-term or emergency placements.
